JUST IN: Kwankwaso Calls for Urgent Support as Fire Razes Singer Market in Kano

Former Governor of Kano State & National Leader of New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP), Engr. Dr. Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has expressed deep sympathy with victims of the devastating fire currently raging at the Singer Market in Kano.

In a statement, Kwankwaso extended his condolences to traders and families affected by the inferno, describing the situation as painful and unfortunate.

He called on relevant government agencies, as well as the Federal and Kano State Fire Services, security agencies, humanitarian organizations, well-meaning individuals, and the private sector to urgently mobilize support to contain the fire.

Kwankwaso specifically urged stakeholders to provide firefighting equipment, emergency medical assistance, and relief materials to help bring the situation under control and ease the suffering of those impacted by the disaster.
